TINA VIDAL-DUART

Tina Vidal-Duart is Chief Executive Officer of CDR Health Care (a subsidiary of CDR Companies, Inc.), a healthcare solutions provider delivering large-scale public health programs and emergency response services in partnership with federal, state, and local agencies. Since April 2021, she has led the company’s expansion across multiple states, overseeing large-scale healthcare initiatives with a demonstrated track record of execution in high-pressure environments. She has also developed personalized healthcare offerings through Valere, a women’s health business focused on hormone optimization and metabolic care.

Vidal-Duart brings more than 25 years of experience across healthcare operations, emergency response, corporate restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. She began her career at Pacer Health Corporation, where she managed distressed hospitals and healthcare systems and advanced into senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Business Development.

During the COVID-19 response, she played a leadership role in Florida’s emergency healthcare operations, including serving as the contracted Chief Executive Officer of the State of Florida COVID-19 Infectious Disease Field Hospital System. This experience reflects her operational focus on rapid deployment, multi-agency coordination, and delivery of care in high-pressure environments.

Under her leadership, CDR Health Care has delivered large-scale public health programs including administering over 3 million vaccinations, conducting more than 4 million tests, delivering approximately 150,000 monoclonal antibody treatments, and supporting over 250,000 refugee health assessments. These programs are delivered in partnership with federal, state, and local agencies, reinforcing the organization’s role as a reliable operator of complex healthcare initiatives.

In addition to her role as CEO of CDR Health Care, Vidal-Duart is Co-Owner and Executive Vice President of CDR Companies, Inc., contributing to enterprise strategy and oversight across a diversified platform supporting government and infrastructure-related services.

Her work focuses on executing large-scale healthcare initiatives that expand access to care, requiring coordination across agencies, infrastructure, and field operations in high-pressure environments.

Vidal-Duart is active in civic and nonprofit leadership, including service as Chair of the Florida Grand Opera, Vice Chair of the Miami-Dade Homeless Trust, and as a member of the Board of Trustees of Florida Atlantic University.
