Tim Benner, P.E. is Sr. Vice President of Design Services for CDR Maguire Engineering, bringing 32 years of experience in the private sector. His experience spans all facets of transportation project design including bridge design, highway design, and construction engineering. His leadership experience includes decades of project management as well as Department, Division, and Operations management.

Prior to joining CDR Maguire Engineering, Benner was Vice President and head of Transportation Design Services at McTish, Kunkel & Associates in Allentown, PA

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Business Administration from Alvernia University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Ohio.
