EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

We help communities mitigate, prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters, and have a variety of career options available to provide you with the opportunity to work at the forefront of our nation’s most devastating disasters. Our staff consists of:

DISASTER RECOVERY STAFF

Candidates at all levels of experience, including PA, HMGP, and CDBG-DR are invited to apply. Positions are typically for a 3 to 18-month deployment and require travel. These roles include:

  • Project Managers
  • Recovery Specialists

DEBRIS MONITORING STAFF

Candidates at all levels of experience are invited to apply. Positions may be regular W2 and/or temporary, may require travel, and are typically for a 3 to 5-month deployment. These roles include:

DISASTER HOUSING STAFF

Disaster Housing field workers with all levels of experience are invited to apply. Positions may require travel and are typically for a 6 to18-month deployment.

EOC SUPPORT STAFF

Candidates at all levels of experience are invited to apply, if they meet the minimum requirements. Positions will require travel and are expected for a 2 to 8-week deployment. Minimum requirements include:

  • ICS 300/400
  • Demonstrated experience working in an Emergency Operations Center, preferably at State and Local governments.
